Our Story
Borth-Wilson Plumbing & Bathroom Remodeling was founded in 1919 and has remained family-owned and operated ever since! Centrally located in Brookfield, Wisconsin, Borth-Wilson is managed by third generation owner Don Wilson and fourth generation vice president Marah Wilson. As we have for decades, the company specializes in residential plumbing services and bathroom remodeling. In fact, it’s our longevity in the business that has made our customer service and quality standards the best in the Greater Milwaukee market.

Our Team
Don Wilson
President
Don is Borth-Wilson’s third generation owner and has been with the company for over 40 years! Don is a master plumber by trade as well as the lead estimator, he started off as a laborer eventually working his way up to his current position. Don is extremely proud of the reputation that Borth-Wilson has built in the market and credits this to his team and plenty of hard work. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family in Northern Wisconsin and fishing.
Marah Wilson
Vice President
Marah serves as Vice President and is a fourth-generation family member at the company. She started as an administrative assistant while working on a design degree. With a keen eye for design and strong business acumen, she wears many hats including as lead project manager. One of her favorite parts of her job is seeing the remodeling process take shape all the way through to the finished product. When she isn’t at work, she loves to spend time relaxing with her husband Chad and their dog, Stella.
Barb Hults
Office/Service Manager
Barb has been a part of Borth-Wilson since 2006 when she joined the company as an administrative assistant. Over the years, her role has evolved as the company has grown. Barb is wonderful when it comes to working with customers and is often the first person to interact with customers. She spends her free time with family and is always finding new adventures.
Joe Polchert
Lead Carpenter
Joe started his career at Borth-Wilson when he was just 19 years-old. He began as an apprentice in carpentry and has been learning and growing in his role ever since. One of the leaders in the remodeling department, our customers and employees can trust Joe’s vision and commitment to each and every job. Joe enjoys skiing, fishing, and spending time with family in Central Wisconsin.
Chad Keaton
Operations/Project Manager
Chad is the newest member of the Borth-Wilson leadership team and he has quickly become everyone’s go-to for problem solving and materials. His position involves ordering all materials from simple stock plumbing items to custom materials for remodeling projects. He also works as a project manager, keeping projects on schedule and on budget. Outside of work, Chad likes to drive UTVs, watch the Milwaukee Bucks and enjoys downtime with his wife, friends, and family.
