Founded in 1919, Borth-Wilson Plumbing & Bathroom Remodeling has proudly remained family-owned and operated for over a century. Centrally located in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, Borth-Wilson is led by fourth generation owner Marah Wilson and third generation owner Don Wilson. Specializing in quality residential plumbing and bathroom remodeling, our legacy and longevity is built on expert craftsmanship, personalized service, and lasting relationships with our Southeastern Wisconsin customers.

What sets us apart? At Borth-Wilson we don’t use subcontractors, with an exception for our long-time electrical partner. This means your entire project is handled by our dedicated, in-house team. Our Team
Marah Wilson
Owner & Chief Executive Officer
Marah is the fourth-generation owner, alongside third-generation owner, Don. She brings a unique blend of design expertise and business acumen to the role having learned the ins-and-outs as an administrative assistant while pursuing her design degree. She uses those skills to lead day-to-day operations, business growth, and project management. Marah loves seeing the remodeling process take shape from start to finish. Outside of work, she spends time relaxing with her husband Chad and their dog, Stella who you can find at the office, more days than not.
Don Wilson
Co-Owner
Don has been with the company for over 40 years! He earned his master plumber’s license in 1991 and currently works as the lead estimator at Borth-Wilson. As the third-generation owner, Don is extremely proud of the reputation that Borth-Wilson has built in Southeastern Wisconsin. He credits this to a dedicated team and plenty of hard work. In his free time, he enjoys family trips up north and fishing.
Chad Keaton
Director of Operations
Chad is the go-to person for problem solving at Borth-Wilson. As Director of Operations, Chad ensures deliveries, orders, and projects are on schedule and on budget, tools and fleet vehicles are properly scheduled and maintained, and manages most other behind-the-scenes work that is integral to the quality of services. Outside of work, Chad likes to cheer on the Milwaukee Bucks and enjoys downtime with his wife Marah, friends, and family.
Barb Hults
Office/Service Manager
Barb has been an integral member of Borth-Wilson since 2006 where she started as an administrative assistant. Over the years, she has helped shape the company’s growth. Barb coordinates service calls, supports the team, and ensures every customer is treated like family. She spends her free time with family and is always finding new adventures.
Joe Polchert
Lead Carpenter
Joe began his career as a carpentry apprentice with Borth-Wilson at just 19 years-old and now serves on the leadership team. With a keen eye for detail and positive demeanor, Joe is on-the-job answering questions and proactively identifying solutions that build trust for our customers and employees. Joe enjoys skiing, fishing, and spending time with family in Central Wisconsin.
Stella
Chief Tail Wagger
Stella is a key member of the Borth-Wilson team, ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction. She is responsible for greeting every customer with enthusiasm, and manages office snacks and treats with great attention to detail. Outside of her very demanding work schedule, Stella loves to swim and enjoys long walks with her mom and dad, weekends at the cabin, and snuggly blankets.
